  • What is glamping?
    We offer a unique experience that combines the allure of glamorous camping (or glamping) with luxurious accommodations. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable getaway that combines the best of both worlds. Welcome to glamping and discover luxury in nature!
  • What is included in a glamping stay?
    All comforts you are used from home combined with all amenities of an upscale hotel room. All accommodations come with: Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, dual flush toilet and infloor heat. Kitchen with 4 burner stove, apartment size fridge with freezer, all cook- and dinnerware. Adjustable bed with luxury mattress, massage and zero gravity features. Heating and air-conditioning. Dining- and living room area with comfortable furniture. And the icing on the cake, amazing views all around.
  • Do your accommodations have bathrooms?
    Yes, all our accommodations come with a 3 piece bathroom. Walk-in shower, flush toilet, vanity and in-floor heat.
  • Are pets allowed at the resort?
    For an additional fee we allow pets in a few of our accommodations (availability is limited). These units are provided with pet bed, toys, bowls and a treat.
  • What is Check-in and Check-out time?
    Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am. Upon check-in we offer early and/or late check in/out for a fee, pending availability.
  • Is there WiFi available at the glamping resort?
    Yes, WIFI is available at each unit but speeds and data may be limited due to our rural setting.
  • Are meals included in a glamping stay?
    No, glamping accommodations are fitted with kitchen to prepare your own meals. Nearby restaurants offer plenty options for the foodies amongst you. Alternatively, we offer pre-packaged meals from local vendors for sale at the check-in centre.
  • Is there air conditioning and heating in your accommodations?
    Yes, our accommodations are provided with both heating and air condition.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

  • How do I make a reservation?
    Scroll through the availability calendar to find your preferred dates and click on the date to book. Alternatively fill in your preferred dates in the booking widget.
  • What should I pack for a glamping Trip?
    All accommodations are provided with everything you need for a comfortable stay. From bedding to towels to all cook- and dinnerware. Just bring food, clothes and your personal items and toiletries. The weather in the mountains and prairies can change quickly, bring layers so you can adapt. Dress appropriately for the activity you are planning.
  • What is the best time to go glamping?
    Our accommodations are very comfortable in any season. They are fully insulated and equipped with heat for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer. Your choice of season might more depend on what kind of activities you would like to do. I.e. Skiing, hiking, biking, snow shoeing, etc.
  • How do I get to the resort?
    Our resort is relatively remote and approximately 1 hour from the nearest large city and international airport. A vehicle is a must to get to the resort and to get around as there is no public transportation to our locations.
  • What are the rates for your resort?
    Our base rate is $525 per night. Rates are subject to location, season and demand.
  • Where is the resort located?
    The resort is 40 min west of Calgary, and 40 min east of Canmore. From Highway 1 (Trans Canada Highway) take exit 118, go 26km south on Highway 40 (Bighorn Highway) to Lorette Rd. On intersection with Kananaskis Golf Course go East. You have arrived.
  • What activities can we do at the resort?
    Hiking: Kananaskis offers a variety of hiking trails, ranging from easy walks to challenging multi-day excursions. Some popular trails include Troll Falls, Grassi Lakes, and the Chester Lake Trail. Mountain Biking: Take in the breathtaking scenery on two wheels with a mountain biking adventure in Kananaskis. There are plenty of trails to choose from, such as the Bill Milne Trail or the Station Flats Loop. Canoeing and Kayaking: Grab a paddle and explore the crystal clear waters of one of Kananaskis' many lakes and rivers, such as Barrier Lake or the Kananaskis River. Horseback Riding: Take a guided trail ride through the stunning wilderness of Kananaskis, with local outfitters like Boundary Ranch and Warner Guiding & Outfitting. Golfing: Tee off at one of Kananaskis' two world-renowned golf courses- Kananaskis Country Golf Course and Mt. Kidd Golf Course. Sightseeing: Take a scenic drive on the Smith-Dorrien Trail or visit the stunning Spray Lakes Reservoir viewpoint for breathtaking views of the mountain scenery. Skiing and Snowboarding: Hit the slopes at Nakiska Ski Resort and enjoy some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the area. Spa and Relaxation: Unwind and rejuvenate at Kananaskis Nordic Spa, where you can relax in hot and cold pools, saunas, and steam rooms amidst the stunning mountain scenery. The spa also offers a variety of massage treatments, yoga classes and other wellness experiences.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
