About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Guest Logistics: Process guest check-ins and check-outs; manage communications via phone, email, and OTAs.

Experience Coordination: Coordinate guest add-ons (birthday packages, meal kits) with caretaker and housekeeping teams.

Quality Control: Perform daily cabin checks to verify cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests.

Operations: Handle staff scheduling and delegate daily snow cleaning or maintenance tasks.

Guest Relations: Address and resolve feedback or complaints swiftly, documenting all entries in the Issue Tracker.

Safety Management: Conduct daily rounds across accommodations and remote areas to ensure property safety and address noise disturbances.

Facility Inspections: Inspect locking mechanisms, lighting systems, and emergency equipment regularly.

Grounds Oversight: Oversee resort pathways and communal spaces; coordinate snow removal, sanding icy pathways, or clearing wind-blown debris.
