Our pet friendly units have comfortable pet bedding, food and water bowls, toys, access to outdoor dog walk area and poop bag. They will also receive a welcome gift

The resort has limited pet-friendly units. There are no pets allowed in non-pet-friendly rooms. A fine of $250/stay will incur for any pets found in non-pet-friendly rooms. 

For non-refundable pre-paid reservations full payment must be paid by credit card at time of booking. The booking cannot be cancelled or changed. After 48 hr grace period, the booking becomes 100% non-refundable. 

 

For flexible non-pre-paid reservations full payment must be paid by credit card 72 hours prior to check-in. The booking can be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours prior to check-in at no cost to the Guest. Within 72 hours of check-in, the booking becomes 100% non-refundable.

 

All bookings made within 72 hrs prior to check-in are considered 100% non-refundable.

 

No show bookings will be charged full reservation room and tax charges.

Public parking in Kananaskis requires a Conservation Pass purchased from Alberta Parks. For $22/day or $95/year.
